CLIENTS SAFETY BENEFITS
One very important area to both you and the company is our clients safety. This aspect sets us apart from most other introduction services and in particular dating agencies. Whilst we cannot guarantee anyone to be 100% safe, as it is a big world out there, we like to think that our vetting procedures take away some of the possible anxieties.
- Every prospective member is visited in their own home for an interview which isprivate, relaxed and gives us an opportunity for identity checks. It also providesreassurance to all our members (in particular ladies), that everyone has been seenin their own homes.
- We ask every potential member for positive identification e.g. driving licence, utilitybill, passport etc.
- We never divulge surnames or addresses of our clients to anyone.
- We would turn down an applicant for membership if we had any character doubts or felt that he or she was unsuitable for the Anna Rees-Phillips bureau in any way.
- We insist that new members sign a declaration that they must adhere to our code of conduct and standards and fully understand that their membership can be terminated if their behaviour is undesirable or anything declared to us is found to be untrue.
- We do not computer match or distribute addresses or telephone numbers of clients.
- The advertising that the Anna Rees-Phillips Introduction Bureau undertakes will always set out to represent a quality image to standards set down by the Advertising Standards Authority.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL MEMBERS
(please read carefully)
- We ask all new clients to note that the Anna Rees-Phillips Introduction Bureau is not a dating agency. We do not provide our clients with lists of other members to cold call.
- We will never knowingly arrange uninvestigated meeting opportunities. All our clients are treated as individuals, and we select introductions with a great deal of care, attention to detail and on a one to one basis. This is the essence of our system.
- Although we cannot guarantee an introduction of course, we do anticipate a minimum of five introductions within the first year of membership. In many cases many more dependant on the individuals criteria.
- We ask all our clients to be as flexible as possible with their selection of prospective partners and arrange to meet at least once, twice preferably. As you are probably aware, it is virtually impossible to judge a person from a profile. A person's personality can, and often does, exceed a written description.
- Don't forget also that our membership register is constantly changing. We have clients leaving us to go into relationships and new members are constantly joining.
- If the right person for you is not available at any one time, we will advise you and although this situation arises occasionally, we would never match two people together who would obviously be unsuitable. Clients however would not lose out, as one of the benefits of being a member of Anna Rees-Phillips Introduction Bureau is that should you go 'on hold' for any particular reason, that period is then added to the end of your membership (up to a maximum of six months).
- Finally, please remember that the Anna Rees-Phillips Introduction Bureau is a very selective service for business and professional people. You become an acquaintance of ours, not a number nor a component on a list - you are a person who is now part of an exclusive and unique membership.
